5. Do you offer Open Box Delivery?
   Yes, Open Box Cash on Delivery is available in Ahmedabad only for added customer assurance.

7.Can I exchange my watch if it's damaged or incorrect?
 Yes. If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will exchange it. Please notify us within 24 hours.

8. Is a parcel opening video required?
  Yes, a clear video of parcel opening is mandatory for any exchange request.

9. How soon will my replacement be processed?
