  •  Parcel Opening Video Required:To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a clear video of the parcel being opened at the time of delivery.

  • Fast Replacement Processing:Once your request is verified, we will process your replacement within 24 hours of receiving your complaint and video proof.

  •  No Exchange Without Video:No replacement or exchange will be accepted without an unedited parcel opening video.
